Dress- originally off eBay
Leopard muff – Modcloth
Shoes – Seychelles from DSW
Bracelet – Vintage

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I attended a ball on Friday. As soon as my friend said the magic word ‘Scottish’ I was in. I didn’t own a gown so I got this one from my friend and only had to pay to have it dry cleaned and hemmed. While we were skipping around dancing the Scottish country dances (like this one) – that we had to take lessons for – I tied the halter strap around my neck. I felt like if someone stepped on the train of my dress, the whole thing would just pool up at my feet. Luckily that did not happen.

I spiced things up a little with my leopard print muff and a vintage interlaced snake bracelet. (nothing but class here – snakes and leopard print to a ball)

  1. You fancy, hah? :) You look absolutely stunning! I tend to go for shorter dresses, but you have me seriously considering longer lengths.

Also, have I commented on your hair recently? It looks amazing. Why does it always look perfectly trimmed? Are you secretly a hair stylist?
