This is my favourite photo from the weekend hands down, it just captures the energy.
As promised monday, I dedicated a whole post over at my photography blog to my Osheaga Instagram photos from Sunday (and a few more that never made it onto Instagram).

I posted some photos from my long weekend in Chicago with Merl and Kathleen on my photography blog. Click here to see them.
I’m starting to take my camera with me when I walk around the city, just taking pictures of every day life in Montreal. I won’t always be posting here when the photo blog is updated so check back once a week for new photo posts HERE.
Yesterday was a pretty crazy day. My other blog where I post (less regularly than this one) my photography was featured on the WordPress ‘Freshly Pressed’ which means that anyone who went to wordpress.com saw my post with my NYC pictures from 2 weeks ago. I woke up really confused to have 150 emails from wordperss and they just kept coming all day. People were liking, re-blogging, commenting, following, tweeting I couldn’t believe it.
In the end, I had about 6500 views, 160 comments and over 100 new followers. I am incredibly grateful to WordPress editors for picking my post and to all the people who left great comments on my post saying that I was inspiring or that I successfully captured the essence of the city with my photos. Thank you!
Notice I beat out the person who posted about cats. I’m shocked too.
I really enjoyed visiting New York City a few weeks ago but after a few days of running around all day and eating at restaurants, I was happy to go home, make some mac & cheese then crawl into my own (teeny tiny) bed.
You can see my pictures of the trip HERE.
I was in New York City and I took pictures of ducks… You can take the girl out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the girl. Next trip on the list is the windy (red headed) city!
Yesterday I posted the Instagrams from my weekend but I also posted some (less alcohol and green man package related) photos from my DSLR over on the other blog, CLICK HERE to see my photos of the parade.
